Welcome to Konvoo ("Platform"), operated by Brewing Conversations Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Konvoo through our website (konvoo.live) or any associated applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Konvoo. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this Platform.

2. Account Registration

To use Konvoo, you must create an account using your mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to update it as necessary.

3. Description of Service

Konvoo is an AI-powered companion platform that allows users to chat with virtual AI characters. The characters are entirely fictional and powered by artificial intelligence. All conversations, personalities, and responses are generated by AI and do not represent real people.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Konvoo offers the following plans:

• Free Plan: 50 messages per day, limited image generation, and access to select characters.
• Pro Plan: Available at ₹199 per month (or ₹9 for a 3-day trial). Includes unlimited messages, full character access, voice chat, custom character creation, and priority responses.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Content Guidelines

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Generate, share, or distribute content involving minors in any harmful, sexual, or exploitative manner.
• Engage in harassment, threats, violence, or hate speech.
• Encourage self-harm, suicide, or any form of real-world violence.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without written consent.

We reserve the right to moderate content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Content Filters

Konvoo provides content filter settings ("Safe" and "Adult"). The "Adult" filter allows mature themes including romance and suggestive content between the user and fictional AI characters. Even with the "Adult" filter enabled, content involving minors, violence, self-harm, and illegal activities is strictly prohibited and will be moderated.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All character responses are generated by artificial intelligence. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or reliability of AI-generated content. AI characters may occasionally produce unexpected, inaccurate, or inappropriate responses. Users interact with AI characters at their own discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, logos, and technology on the Platform are owned by Brewing Conversations Private Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Konvoo, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through the Profile section. Upon deletion, all your data including conversations, memories, and personal information will be permanently removed.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the Platform or email.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
