Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions on the Konvoo platform operated by Brewing Conversations Private Limited. We aim to be transparent and fair with all payment-related matters.

1. Subscription Plans

2. Free Trial (₹9 for 3 Days)
The Pro Trial offers full access to all Pro features for 3 days at a one-time charge of ₹9. After the trial period ends:
- Your subscription automatically converts to the Pro Monthly plan at ₹199/month.
- You will be charged ₹199 on the 4th day unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- The ₹9 trial fee is a one-time introductory charge and is non-refundable.
- Each user is eligible for only one trial. The trial offer cannot be reused.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through:
- The Profile section in the Konvoo app (Profile → Subscription → Manage → Cancel)
- Contacting us at support@konvoo.live
Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to all Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be applied after the current period.
- Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan once the paid period expires.
- Your conversation history, memories, and data will be preserved on the Free plan.
4. Refund Policy
a) Trial Fee (₹9):
The trial fee of ₹9 is non-refundable. This is a nominal charge for accessing the full Pro experience for 3 days.
b) Monthly Subscription (₹199):
- Within 48 hours of charge: If you request a refund within 48 hours of being charged and have not substantially used Pro features during that period, you are eligible for a full refund of that month's charge.
- After 48 hours: Refunds are generally not provided for the current billing period. You may cancel to prevent future charges and continue using Pro until the period ends.
- Technical issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Platform and we are unable to resolve them, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund at our discretion.
- Unauthorized charges: If you believe a charge was unauthorized, contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a refund if the charge is confirmed unauthorized.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email support@konvoo.live with:
- Your registered phone number
- Date of the charge
- Reason for the refund request
- Razorpay payment ID (if available, found in your payment confirmation)
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet).
- Bank processing times may vary. If you don't see the refund after 7 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider.
7. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails:
- Razorpay will automatically retry the charge.
- If payment continues to fail, your subscription will be halted and access will revert to the Free plan.
- You can resubscribe at any time by choosing a new subscription from the Profile section.
- No penalty or additional charges will be applied for failed payments.
8. Account Deletion
If you delete your Konvoo account while having an active subscription:
- Your subscription will be cancelled immediately.
- No refund will be issued for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.
- All data including conversations, memories, and payment history will be permanently deleted.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform.
